Please be advised that ISVEE 15 online registration was closed.

If you are keen to register, please register onsite.

Registration counter will be open on Sunday, 11 November 2018 from 14:00-17:00 hrs, level 1, The Empress Convention Centre.

Registration fees for the symposium

The registration fee for Delegates and Students of the ISVEE 15 symposium includes:

• Admission to all sessions
• Admission to the exhibition and poster area
• Conference bag
• Lunches and Coffee breaks
• Program book
• Digital Proceedings
• Opening Ceremony
• Banquet (gala dinner)

The registration fee for Accompanying Person of the ISVEE 15 symposium includes:

• Admission to the exhibition and poster area
• Welcome drinks
• Opening Ceremony

Note:

*Students must provide recent proof of student registration from her/his university.

**Accompanying price does not include Gala Dinner (120 USD)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation on or before 12 September 2018 (13:00, GMT +7): payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
• For cancellations made on 12 September 2018 (13:01, GMT +7): onwards, no refunds will be made.
